
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, Ginny spent 16 years at Cadbury, where she held a number of senior finance positions, including UK Financial Controller. Her career has given her broad experience across financial accounting, budgeting, treasury, forecasting and financial management.
Today, Ginny uses that experience to help clients navigate their finances with confidence, providing straightforward advice and practical solutions tailored to their needs. She is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and supporting local businesses and organisations to succeed.
Away from the office, Ginny is an active member of the local community and currently serves as a Governor at her local primary school.

Tania began her finance career with a global shipping company before progressing into senior finance roles across the software, sporting, beauty, and telecommunications sectors. During her career, she has been involved in an AIM stock market flotation, mergers and acquisitions, and has gained extensive commercial and financial leadership experience.
A Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), Tania works closely with clients to provide practical advice and support tailored to their needs and passionate about building long-term relationships with clients.
Outside of work, Tania is a governor at a local school & a trustee of a charity and enjoys spending time with her family, friends and travelling.

Katie began her career by completing her accountancy training contract with a small practice in Cheltenham, where she qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). Developing a particular interest in tax and a passion for helping clients navigate often complex tax matters, she went on to qualify as a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).
Having worked with top 10 accountancy firms, Katie has built extensive experience across all areas of private client taxation. She advises individuals, families and trustees on a broad range of tax matters, helping clients understand their tax position and identify practical, tax-efficient solutions tailored to their circumstances. Committed to maintaining the highest professional standards, Katie is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), reflecting her specialist expertise in trusts, estates and succession planning.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys paddleboarding, hiking and spending time outdoors. She has undertaken several charity treks to raise funds for local charities and regularly enjoys camping with her young son, exploring some of the UK's most beautiful countryside.
