Ginny started her career with Big-Four accountancy firm Deloitte, where she qualified as a prize-winning Chartered Accountant. She took her technical expertise into industry, spending the next 16 years at Cadbury in a variety of roles including UK Financial Controller. Returning to the local area, Ginny brought with her a wealth of financial accounting, budget management, treasury and financial control skills. Ginny is active in her local community, and is currently a school governor for a number of local schools.
Tania started her financial career at a global container carrier before moving into a management accountant role at a successful software company, being a key member of the team given responsibility for AIM stock market floatation. Her next two roles were within the sporting and beauty industries, where she was involved in mergers and acquisitions activities whilst gaining her ACCA qualification before moving into a Financial Controller role at a large Telecommunications company.
Tania is Treasurer at her daughter’s local school and enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
Katie completed her initial accountancy training contract in a small practice in Cheltenham, where she qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant. Having discovered a keen interest in tax matters and a desire to help clients understand and improve their tax position, she went on to complete her Chartered Tax Advisor exams. Whilst working at top-10 practices she has gained experience and gathered knowledge in all areas of private client taxation. An advocate of continuing professional development, Katie is an affiliate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is currently studying towards her full STEP accreditation.
Katie spends her free time horse-riding, and spending time with her family.
